How to Obtain a Copy of the Jamabandi Online :

Step 1 : To begin, open the official website jamabandi.nic.in on your phone or laptop in order to obtain a copy of the Jamabandi (land record) for land located in Haryana.

Step 2 : Now, click on the “Jamabandi” section visible at the top of the website’s homepage and select the option “Jamabandi Nakal for Checking”.

Note: Keep in mind that if you are carrying out this process on your mobile phone, then you will need to click on the 3 horizontal lines visible on the right side, which is the Menu section, in order to access the Jamabandi option.

Step 3 : Now, in the “Select type” option, choose the method by which you want to retrieve the Jamabandi copy. In this article, we will guide you through the process of obtaining the Jamabandi using your Khasra number (plot number). For this, select the option “By Khasra/Survey number”.

Note: If you want, you can also choose the option of By owner name, By Khewat, By date of mutation and get your Jamabandi copy through the same process.

Step 4 : Next, select your District, Tehsil (sub-district), Village, and the relevant Jamabandi year.

Step 5 : After scrolling down the page, you will see how many Khatauni (account numbers), Khewat (revenue estate numbers), and Khasra (plot numbers) have been registered for the selected year. Below that, you will find the “Select Khasra” option; click on it.

Upon clicking the “Select Khasra” option, you will be presented with a list of multiple Khasra numbers. From this list, choose the specific Khasra number corresponding to your land parcel.

Step 6 : Once you select the Khasra number, you will see the Khewat (revenue estate number) and Khatauni (account number) of your land displayed at the bottom of the page. Additionally, an option labeled “Nakal” (Copy) will be visible on the left side. Click on the “Nakal” option.

Step 7 : As soon as you click on the “Nakal” (Copy) option, a new page will open up in front of you. This page will display complete details about your land, such as the Khewat number, Khatauni number, area, land type, full name of the landowner, and other comprehensive information related to the land parcel, presented in detail.

You also have the option to download a PDF copy of the Jamabandi and keep it for your records by clicking on the “Take Print” option shown at the bottom of the page. If for some reason you are unable to obtain your online Jamabandi copy, meaning no copy is available for your selected Khasra number or landowner’s name, then you should visit your local Tehsil (sub-district) office and submit a written application. Once you do this, an authorized physical copy of your Jamabandi will be provided to you.
