Step 3 : After clicking, two options will appear. Under the first option, which asks “Do you want to see Khasra Khatauni in the land records?”, click on the “Yes” option.

Step 4 : Select your district, tehsil, village, and Khasra number from the provided dropdown menus. Then, enter the Khasra number and the captcha code in the designated fields. Finally, click on the “View Details” button to proceed.

Note: Instead of using the Khasra number, you can also check your Khasra/Khatauni by entering the land owner’s name, the land owner’s plot number, or just the plot number.

Step 5 : After clicking on the “View Details” option, several options will appear at the bottom of the page. Click on the first option, which is “Land Area Details.” This will display all the Khasra/Khatauni records associated with the Khasra number you entered.

Step 6 : In the “View Khasra” section, you can click on the icon next to any record to open and view the desired Khasra. However, please note that the Khasra/Khatauni accessed through this method is for informational purposes only. It cannot be used for any official government-related work.

Process for Extracting Digitally Signed Khasra/Khatauni Land Records :

You can use the digitally signed Khasra/Khatauni for any of your official purposes. However, to download this file, you must first register on the MP bhulekh website and pay the required fee. Please follow the instructions provided carefully to correctly obtain your digitally signed Khasra/Khatauni.

Step 1 : Visit the website mpbhulekh.gov.in and locate the “Register as public user” button on the right side of the home page. Click on this button and fill out the required information to register yourself on the website.

Step 2 : Upon completion of registration, you will receive a login ID and password. On the mpbhulekh website, find the login section. Enter your provided login ID and password, along with the displayed captcha code. Then, click on the “Submit” button to log in.

Step 3 : After logging in, you will see a list of options. Select the second option, which is “Land Record Copy.”

Step 4 : Select your district, tehsil, and village from the dropdown menus. Then, choose one of the options: land owner, khasra number, or plot number, based on your preference. Fill in the information corresponding to your selected option. Finally, click on the “View Details” button.

Step 5 : After clicking “View Details,” scroll down the page to see the actual details of the land owner and Khasra. Identify the Khasra you want to download and click the “Select” button beneath it to choose that record.

Note: Please be aware that you can select as many Khasra Records as you wish.

Step 6 : From the options provided below, choose the record type you need. Select the specific copy you want to download and the year for which you require the record. Then, click on the “Copy Fee” option.

Step 7 : At this point, you will see an application number and the total payment amount. The fee for downloading one Khasra is ₹30. Click on the “Payment” option displayed below to proceed.

Step 8 : The details of the service and the ₹ 30 service fee will now be visible to you on the page that opens. After checking the Terms and Conditions box, select the Submit option.

Step 9 : The payment page will appear in front of you as soon as you click the Submit button. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI. Just choose your preferred method, fill out the form, and click “Make Payment” to finish the transaction.

Step 10 : Your wallet will display the amount you paid after completing the transaction. Once more, you ought to start using the digitally signed Khasra/Khatauni extraction procedure right away. This time, your payment will be processed successfully as soon as you select the payment option.

Step 11 : After payment, go to the home page of the website and select the first option, Land Records Copy Download, from the options visible.
